I am in the same boat, but my kids are a little older. I started the Love YOU More Project because of the lack of time we have for ourselves. We are important…and so are the kids…and so is work…etc…. I LOVE that you broke this down into 5 minute chunks and mentioned that just the act of getting dressed is self-care — because it is :) This inspires me to see what I can do to be of service to those who lack the resources to take a moment for themselves.
